How to Become a Sperm Donor
Successful donor candidates should have the following attributes:

Between the ages of 18 and 39

Healthy college-educated professionals or students pursuing a degree

Various ethnic backgrounds
-
Reside in one of the geographic locations of our laboratory facilities
-
High level of responsibility to meet the six-month commitment of the program

Once you have submitted the initial application, you will be contacted by email. If
you are selected to continue the donor process, you will be asked to complete an online
medical questionnaire.
