Sperm Donor recruiting can be an excellent source of monthly income.
Compensation ranges from $400 to $1,000 for each donor you recruit who is accepted into the program. What this means is a candidate has successfully completed the application, the interview and all the screening and testing requirements. This takes anywhere from 30-120 days, depending on how responsive a candidate is to getting through the process.
Cryobanks practice very strict and rigorous testing processes - both genetic and for diseases, to ensure that patients who need donors receive risk-free product. GIVF Cryobanks exceed some FDA requirements as part of our high quality standards. Therefore, it's a numbers game! The more candidates you get INTO the pipeline the better your chances to earn recruiting income on a regular basis.
Providing marketing tools that we typically use.
We will assist your recruiting efforts by providing the types of marketing tools we typically use, which are customized with your recruiter code for tracking of candidates and approve donors. Marketing tools include:
- Business cards to hand to likely candidates.
- Car cards - a little larger and more colorful than the business cards to leave in car windows.
- Fliers to post on campus, stuff in public mailboxes, to hand out at meetings and events, and also to likely individuals.
- Custom materials you suggest that fit into our marketing budget, and which can easily be marked with your individual recruiter code.
- Elective materials: Have copy or content approved by our Marketing Department before use. Unauthorized messages or themes may result in recruiters being disqualified from collecting fees or from the program. Let us work with you to help you be successful!
Steps to becoming a recruiter.
- Read, sign and have our Donor Recruiter Contract witnessed. (download it here). Also download a W-9, sign it and return with the contract.(download it here) We must have an original documents, a copy or fax is not permitted. Please mail the originals to our recruiter coordinator at:

We will assign you a Recruiter Code. We will then produce and send you business cards printed with this code, and coded fliers for your geographic area.
This could take a few days to a week in the production process. Before posting fliers on campuses, obtain required permissions from Student Activities or other organizations, and then post these at high traffic areas on campuses - including law and medical schools. Other places good for recruiting are health clubs.
DO NOT take down any fliers that are already posted to replace them with your own. Failure to comply with this request can result in your being dropped from the Recruiter program.
We are happy to renew your supply of initial materials on a continuing basis, and increase the number as needed -- Sorry, we will not pay for marketing materials except those ordered through our Marketing Department, as we have special volume discount rates from our own printer.
On a monthly basis, we can advise you of the number of applicants that referenced you or your code via email whether they were disqualified and finally, how many have been accepted as donors at a given date. Candidates and donors are anonymous, we will not be able to release their names. Tracking is provided in a composite fashion.
