Sperm Donor Requirements
In order to be a sperm donor you must be:
· Male between the ages of 18 and 39
· Healthy college-educated professional or student pursuing a degree beyond high school
· Residing within commuting distance to one of our facilities
· Responsible and willing to commit to weekly visits over a six-month period to complete the program
We encourage men from all ethnic backgrounds to apply.
